JBNG, the musical alias of Jaben John Groome has always been deeply connected to music and has released Run, Run Live at the Biltmore, Run Unplugged, Meh.

Starting in 2026 a new single will be released from Breathe on the 6th of every month starting in March for 10 consecutive months.

This album was recorded under the independent record company JBNG music ltd for 10 months off and on at Echoplant Studios with producer David Ziehr.

JBNG on vocals, Guest staring Chelsea Laing on the lead for Paint in my fist and all female backing vocals. Guest starring Dave Martone on guitars and bass for 5 songs including many moons, bite my head off, paint in my fist, freedom falls and Enceladus. All other guitars and bass played by JBNG. While all drums were played by Matt Koopman.
